146 Pairs of Shoes – OM Choir at the 6.1.2015

Dear Friends ,

There is something beautiful to share.
It is about the first OM Choir in the New Year 2015 which filled the Hall at Savitri Bhavan totally. People were standing all around the walls and sitting everywhere in the Hall on chairs and on the floor and one part of the door was open and people were also in the space before the Hall. More and more also a lot of young people came and they found anywhere a place to be in the Hall.
Before Narad started the OM Choir work, already at the introduction for people who came for the first time the space before the Hall and on the stairs were packed with new participants for the OM Choir.

During the OM Choir session our friend Suresh from Savitri Bhavan - always open to help with the ‘everlasting Yes’ -  was astonish to see so many shoes in front of the main entrance and close to Sri Aurobindo’s statue. He did then a sweet action and counted them, 146 pairs of shoes were there.
When Suresh told me later how many pairs of shoes where at the main-entrance during the OM Choir Session much joy, laughter and love flowed out of me about this sweet idea and sweet action.
We reflected then that through the side-door people are also coming to the OM Choir and so may be another 20 pairs of shoes were at the side-door.

Yes, it was packed with participants and aspiration and there were creative and powerful OM Choir phases. And a lot of people expressed their gratefulness and all were happy that they could take part in this event and experiences of singing OM. …OM…Om …om…om…

With love, joy and gratitude
Margrit
